A science quiz has been scheduled for Monday, October 5. A review sheet will be given out Monday. In the meantime, students can review terms on quizlet and their workbooklet for this chapter.
As well, students should begin regularly reviewing their English Language Arts Story Terms. You can use the following Quizlet links to help:

There are still some Data Forms and Media Consent Forms that haven't been returned yet. Please fill these out and return them immediately! Thank you.

Students are reminded to choose a book for their first independent novel study. I encourage students to start reading this book at home and to bring it with them to class to read when they finish work early.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable summer break :) I am excited to welcome everyone to a great year in Grade 7 at Cowan Heights Elementary! Check this website for what's happening this year, including news, updates and, of course, homework.
